at this exact moment i'm all right. but earlier after i finished doing my blog then helping hannah, dad was in an absolute rage. hunter had done something BIG. he started flipping out at me 'cause my room was a mess and apparently he had an exterminator in MY ROOM this morning and was apparently SOOO embarassed at my room. well you know WHAT? itd be nice if id had some warning anyway 'cause even if it were nice and neat and tidy i could still have girl things lying neatly on my desk! so he can go bite a sock. so i went and cleaned my room for who knows how long and cried while i did it. best part was that i had just come downstairs b/c mama had called me for dinner and thats what he screamed at me to go clean my room. so i didnt eat for quite a while after that. which isnt exactly good for me when ive had surgery and not able to eat much in the FIRST place so i need all the nutrition and energy i can get 'cause i'm tired because of it too and he just rele rele pisses me off.
and then of course theres the whole now probably longer wait for what ive been waiting several months for. awesome. (whoever is reading this SHOULD know what i mean)
whaaaaaaaaaaaaaatever. gar. fml. all that "good stuff."
still have to finish that huck finn paper. oh well. ill get it done. eventually.
i'm relaxin' now. dad chillaxed, ariel's watchin' a movie with dan, carl, jess skean, and *random guy*. (jess's bf, maybe?) anyways. watchin' "true lies" with mama. it's funny. reminds me of the sly cooper videogame.
so apparently there's four people who want me to teach them piano. rasheed, hannah, sami jo, and ariel's friend mike. should be a fun summer =]
super-creepy thing that happened semi-recently. went to pathmark a couple times (duh, need groceries) and TWICE in a row i got hit on by a creepy black guy while i was there -_-' and i mean two DIFF guys. it was SO weird.
it was nice though last time i was there 'cause i saw zavier. which... haha... just got kind of embarassing xD i saw him n was like HEY watsup?? and he just did his thing.. and his "thing" is standing there and staring at me... his mom looked at me like i was psycho xD she had been behind him she came around him so she could see his face nd looked at him then me then him again and laughed like "wtheck is going on here?" and i think mom said something along the lines of are you sure he remembers you? and i laughed and was like yeah, yeah we go to school together... and his mom laughed and was like yeah so zavier wat class do u have wit hher? and such things like that and just kept exchanging a bit about it. i felt SO stupid haha..... it was ridiculous. and then later i was like OMGOSH!!!! i have a monumental gap between my teeth, i have a ridiculou slispe and etc. etc. i must have seemed SO STUPID and i was just freaking out in my own head xD (this was monday btw--so it was yesterday. i cant believe it was that hard for me to remember that haha xD) wehn we got into a different aisle mama looked at me funny n said something im like -_-' ehhhh............ haha xD it was ridiculously strange
well hoppin off now. buh-bye! =3

$#1+
first off. can you read the title?
anyway. okay, so dad's out of a job. that's... ridiculously surprisingly. no reason or anything. he's an incredibly hard worker and good at what he does so they must be as short on cash as the economy says they are. whatever. either way... fuck. good thing im getting a job soon.
so, my piano lessons are stopping. mom dropped school. ariels chances of going to Etown like she wants to.... extremely slimmed down. all very sort of depressing.
also due to the whole short-on-cash thing--ok, so i worked and got my own $75 on Sunday, right? and i wanted to go to a movie with mary and andrew. i didnt think this would be a problem. apparently though, using my own money for something i want--not a necessity, but so what?--and only asking for either permission to walk/bike or getting a ride is a problem. mom wont let me walk/bike but she flipped about driving me. she was like thats still money we need that money etc. etc. she told me i dont think you understand how short we are on money. i almost told her um I QUIT PIANO. and she didnt ask me to do that. I VOLUNTEERED. how can she say that i DONT understand!?!? it makes me sad that im not in piano anymore.
i saved thsi as a draft so i don't know where i was going with that. i was frustrated. i'm tired right now. i'm... gah.
i'm stressed out. three C's right now. i'm in pain in general from my oral surgery and my muscles around my neck & shoulders are incredibly sore as well. home life.... refer to above. havent had any super-recent flip-outs like that but... its still home life. no more piano. not helpful. cant play piano much, too tired and cant sit up that long.
and then there's relationships.
theres the never-ending one that is always there... or, not there. whatever you'd like to describe it as... either way, that doesn't help much. then there's the (maybe reciprocated?) crush that is especially confusing b/c this guy seems to have a crush on, oh, lemmee count... four or more girls? i'm lost. and then there's the crush that i have NO clue about. sometimes he'll do something cute/seemingly crush-ish and make it seem like he MIGHT like me or something but then i'll be wrong. WHAT THE FUCK?!?!
anyway.
leaving house to help someone. or shes coming here. either way, gtg. just wanted to finally post this damned thing.
buh-bye.

The Punishment
“So, can I pretty pretty please go for a bike ride, Mom?” I begged.
“As long as you are absolutely sure you aren’t going anywhere you shouldn’t.” she gave me that penetrating look, as if she were looking straight into my heart and could see my schemes. I smiled innocently.
“Of course not! Love you, Mom—be back later!” I rushed out the door and hopped on my bike. I sped away, down the street to the right and down the back roads. I felt a little guilty for lying to Mom, but I really wanted to see Jake. After all, I love him, and he loved me, didn’t he? He did; why else would he kiss me and hold me? Why else would he encourage the deceit to my mother and the constant visits to his house while he’s alone? He must be madly in love with me to want me to do such things; there’s no other possible explanation. Mom just didn’t understand—if she knew I was seeing Jake at all, she would have a fit. She couldn’t comprehend our love; and what did our ages matter? He was only three years older than I was. I was in seventh and he was in tenth. Who cared? I ignored my musings and rode on; I let myself in when I got to his house.
“Hey, babe.” He welcomed me by holding me to him and pressing his mouth to mine. We “hung out” for about an hour; I finally told him I had to get home, else Mother would get suspicious. He reluctantly let me out of his grasp.
“All right, go, then. But you’d better promise to come back, got it, sexy?” I smiled and nodded. I loved it when he said such things to me; I thought they were the sweetest nothings possible, and I delighted to hear them. I craved his attention and love.
“Bye. I love you.” I said with one last kiss.
“I love you, too.” He told me.
I biked home as quickly as I could. Mom would certainly be suspicious of what I’d been up to, and I was a terrible liar. My blood turned to ice when I saw our big green van pulling out of the driveway. Seeing that my mom was driving, I had no idea what to expect. Where was she going? What was she going to say to me? She didn’t look happy.
“Where have you been?” She demanded, putting the car in park.
“On my bike ride, Mom.” I lied through my teeth. She could see the lie.
“No, you’ve been at someone’s house. Whose house?” Her eyes burned into me; I couldn’t look her in the eye; I stammered over an attempted answer.
“I – I don’t know. I haven’t been any where; I’ve just been on my bike.” I bit my lip. She could see straight through me.
“You’ve been at Jake’s house, haven’t you? This is the last time, Glori! I’m calling his parents and telling them to keep him away from you; and I’m taking the internet out of your room.”
“No, Mom, please don’t, please!” I entreated her. “I just wanted to hang out with him is all, I just wanted to see him!”
“It’s not only that you went to his house, Glori! You just lied to me—lied right to my face! I’m appalled. I have to go to the store. I’ll be back later, and then your internet’s gone.” As she pulled out of the driveway, tears started flowing from my eyes.
How can she, how can she? I demanded to myself. I love him; he loves me; she doesn’t understand! I cried bitterly and sadly. I knew there was next to no chance of ever seeing him again, except perhaps by chance, in public. The trust she had for me would be broken, too, for a long time—what would I do? I cried all the more for her trust. I wanted her to trust me; I wasn’t a bad girl. I just wanted to see my boyfriend—was that so wrong?
Into the garage went my bike. My room is where I hid the rest of the night. The old computer stayed untouched on my desk; I couldn’t bear to use it when I knew I wouldn’t ever be able to again for quite a time…
Two Years Later
“I didn’t do it—I just somehow had internet back in my room!” I explained at dinner. The computer I had lost internet on for so long, and supposedly, forever; this thought to be endless punishment had somehow fixed itself.
“So you just got onto your computer yesterday and it mysteriously worked?” Mom inquired skeptically.
“Yup. That’s how it went. I have no idea how it happened.” And I told the truth; I had never attempted to restore my internet, even though I probably could have managed to do so without much difficulty. Consideration of ill-gotten internet only crossed my mind but once or twice. A devious person I was not; it was not in me to do such a thing anyway. Regarding me with mistrust, Mother continued to eat. Inwardly, I sighed; I had done nothing this time to earn the confiscation of my internet this time, but my mind entertained thoughts of it being taken anyway. I hoped it would not be so. I wanted my mother to trust me again, as fully as before, more than anything. She loved me and I loved her dearly as well, but trust was not a major part of that love. I only wish she would forgive me for my transgression from years ago. Guilt and disgust flooded my mind whenever I thought of what I’d done, and I wished so badly that I could take what I had done back. Take back my lies, my trickery and having gone to Jake’s house. I still wondered whether Mom would let me live my mistakes down.
“I’m going back up to my room.” I told her. “Thanks for the dinner—it was delicious!” Retiring to my room, I pondered over whether or not my internet was taken away. At 10:03 P.M. that night I still had my internet and had not been told that it would be taken away. I was dreading the possibility but realized it was realistic.
After doing my technically overdue homework that would not be late due to my fabulous teacher, I turned off my computer and went to bed. As I fell asleep, I prayed Mom would forgive me. I also prayed she wouldn’t take away my internet. It was such a pleasant thing to have access to, and even nicer when punishment was rightly undeserved…

Attempt #3 on my hw
"So how far away is your karate studio, anyway?" I asked Carl as we walked down the street, away from his house.
"About two miles, I guess. You aren't ganna ask to stop along the way, are you?" He teased. I rolled my eyes. He knew full well that I rode my bike eight miles to get to Church, and eight miles back--a two-mile walk wouldn't phase me. We didn't talk much as we walked; I observed the familiar streets around me, and smiled as I thought of another time I had wandered around this area.
"Do you guys want to take the back roads or the highway?" Mary inquired to Paul and me. I looked at him.
"Do you care?"
"No," he shrugged.
"OK. Let's go on the back roads." Mary led us to the left of her house; we were headed to the Wawa to get breakfast. Paul and I had slept over her house the previous night. Mary had taken us to Six Flags the day before.
As we followed Mary, I recognized some streets because of wandering around the area previously, and learned new routes as she pointed them out. When we had turned left a second time and gone a few blocks, Mary and I realized Paul wasn't walking with us any longer. We turned around in search of him and saw him standing a few feet behind us, attempting to light a bush on fire with his lighter. Mary and I nearly had heart attacks.
"Paul, what are you doing!?" Mary exclaimed. I quickly walked forward and tried to gently tug him away from the bush.
"No, no, hang on," he brushed my hand off. "I think I've almost got it burning." And that's when the lady across the street saw him.
"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?" she screeched at us. "I'M CALLING THE COPS, YOU STUPID KIDS!! I'M CALLING THE COPS!!" Mary and I looked at each other, very frightened. Paul was much more relaxed--he had more experience with threats to call the police. He also had more experience with the police in general.
"Paul, come ON!" Mary and I said together. Now we were more urgently trying to get him away. He looked at us with annoyance in his eyes, but upon hearing the lady continue to scream threats, he finally trudged along with us. We walked as quickly as we could to the next corner and turned it. The rest of the way to Wawa, we walked on the highway's sidewalk. On the way back, Mary showed Paul and me how you could get onto the nearby train tracks. This is the route we returned with; being seen by the threatening woman was not on our to-do list.
Relief flooding into me when we were finally back into Mary's house. I never wanted to walk around with an arsenist ever again--I would become far too prone to heart attacks.
"Glori. Glori!" Carl shouted into my ear. I laughed involuntarily at the memory I had just reviewed.
"Sorry, I spaced," I told him. "What is it?"
"Cross the street before the light turns!" He urged me. We ran as quickly as we could across the large intersection. He glared at me when we had made it across.
"Never, EVER space out on a walk with me again-got it?" I smiled.
"Sure, of course not." We continued walking along, and I realized that this would be another memory I would very likely look back on next time I'm in the neighborhood. I smiled again at the thought. It was a pleasant enough walk; it would be a good memory.

Composition #6 - Attempt #2
OK, second attempt at something to hand in as my homework.
"FINE! Just leave me ALONE!" I screamed as I slammed the door to my room closed. Jeez, I thought to myself. Does Mom think I never clean it? I'd get it done if she'd leave me alone already. I sighed. Whether or not Mom thought I was happy living in a complete pig sty, I had to clean the mess. I looked around at all the clothes and books covering the floor. I stepped carefully over one thing and the next until I found my way to my radio. I pushed the "on" button and set about cleaning. I hummed along to the song that was playing-recognition registered in my mind when the chorus came. I suddenly fell back to a long time ago, when I was very little...
"Glori, for the last time-get back here! Stop going ahead of the group!" my gymnastics teacher Ms. Linda called to me. I rolled my eyes and walked back to them.
"But Ms. Linda you're all slow! I want to go play on the bars..." I whined. She simply gave me a reprimanding look and continued to teach.
Ah, frick. This is no good. I wish I could remember more, but that's failed attempt #2.
All right, lemme try for #3.
Double frick. Can't think of a single flashback to write about except for "John" at the moment. I can think about my Camp, but I ... never mind. Thought of a flashback, but that wouldn't do for school. Oh....maybe I have one now.
Crap. I went away from the comp and now I forget. But now I don't feel like working on this. I'll do it later.
